Covid-19: Buhari Orders For Madagascar's Vaccine To Cure Corona Virus In Nigeria.
Boss Mustapha, Secretary to the Government said the president has directed the presidential task force on Covid-19 to pick up Madagascar's herbal drug, Covid Organics to treat coronavirus cases in Nigeria.
Nigeria's consignment has been sent to Equatorial Guinea from where it will be airlifted to Abuja. Meanwhile, African countries have been divided into zones for easy pick up.
Boss Mustapha at the daily briefing of the task force said, " Madagascar donated some of the products to Nigeria through Equatorial Guinea and arrangements were being made to pick them up."
"Before any food or drug can be administered in this country, there are certain protocols that must be followed and the government will not boycott these protocols. Therefore, the president directed that the products be subjected to validation process after they have been picked up." He added
