Senator representing Lagos East Senatorial district, Adebayo Osinowo, popularly known as Pepper is dead.
He was a member of the Lagos State House of Representatives. He is the Senator representing Lagos East at the 9th Nigerian National Assembly.
He died a few hours ago at First Cardiologist Hospital, Lagos.
A close aide confirmed the sad incident.
