It was a keenly contested family game and the success of which attested to the high hopes on the Ilorin Anchors to create a niche in the community service.
In a contest where 70Abdull exercised their franchise, 6 votes were considered to be null and void by unbiased electoral officials. Alhaji Shaaban Dauda got 31 votes Abdullah Musa Abdullahi got 33 votes.
As a result, Dr. Musa Abdullahi emerged as the President, Ilorin Anchor Men And Women Initiatives.

Dr. Musa, in his appreciation message expressed his unalloyed gratitude to Allah and those who actively participated in the e-voting election that was applauded as credible, transparent and flawless so far.
He acknowledged the Independent Electoral Committee (IEC) for the initiative in organizing unbiased and credible elections of international standard. He registered his undiluted appreciation to members who voted for him and those who voted for his brother for making the election both highly competitive and hilarious. "We are all here to contribute our quota to the development of our father land Ilorin and to lay solid foundation for our own generation and future generations yet unborn". He said.
Engr. Bayo Adamu Olufadi (immediate past president of the organization) commended the electoral committee and prayed for the newly elected president for achievable tenure in office.
