“Akpabio Has No Option Than To Declare His Presidential Ambition Now” — Group
A group known as North East APC Vangard for Buhari, Maiduguri State Chapter has called on Godswill Akpabio to as a matter of urgency declare his presidential ambition now. You would recall that the national body of this group once rallied support for Godswill Akpabio to become Nigeria president but it does look like he is taking his time or has lost interest in contesting for president again.
For this reason, the group has again called on him to urgently declare his ambition as the members made their position known to buy nomination form for him.
The Secretary, North East APC Vangard for Buhari, Maiduguri State, Rt. Hon. Abdullahi Mai Doki said, “Akpabio as a matter of urgency should declare his interest for the highest office of our dear country Nigeria. Because, Akpabio is a philanthropist, exemplary leader that his service to pilot the affair of Nigeria is needed at this time. He is far better than all the aspirants that declared their interest to contest for the president come 2023.
“As a lovers of unity and progress of this country, we will purchase the nomination form for him, because we have hope and confidence in him. He has shown clear definition of leadership when he was the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, he transformed Akwa Ibom State during his time as the State Governor, and now as a minister he is doing extremely well. Without doubt, he is a leader that has the country at heart. He will lead without rancor or discrimination.
“All in all, Godswill Akpabio is the answer to Nigeria come 2023. We therefore call on him to declare to contest for the president of Nigeria because that is our interest as a youths of this nation.”
