Covid-19: Commercial Banks In Kwara State Defy Social Distance Order- (see photo)
Commercial Banks in Ilorin, Kwara State capital have defied social distance order as crop of customers jostle at the entrance to get into the bank premises.
SalientReporters gathers that Access Bank, Guarantee Trust Bank and others on operation in Ilorin did not obey the Federal and State Governments' directive on large gathering restriction, use of face masks among others.
Even when Covid-19 positive cases in Kwara State have risen to 65 as announced by NCDC, most of the customers seen at the spellbound were spotted without face masks which is totally against the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) approach to curtail the further spread Coronavirus.
The level of increment in the number of carriers of the pandemic virus seem not to bother Nigerians anymore as larger portion of citizens walk around freely without preventive materials. Covid-19 has become a prank rather than reality in Nigeria.
