CSL- Shanghai Shenhua To Extend Ighalo Loan Deal

Former Watford and Shanghai striker Odion Ighalo who is currently on loan spell with Manchester United has been handed a major boost to complete the 2019/2020 English top flight campaign with the English giants.
The initial deal sign by Ighalo was to complete the season at the end of may but due to the Coronavirus outbreak the premier league was halted but set to return by june 17.
Talk has been going on between man United and Shanghai over a possible transfer, but the Chinese outfit considered Ighalo to return to his parent club in other to sign a new two year contract which will see him until 2024.
According to Sky Sports News, Shanghai are now open to allowing Ighalo remain with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side until next January, although they will expect him to sign a new deal with the Chinese outfit.
Ighalo will remain now with Manchester United until January 2021.
