Fedpoffa Alumni Association participates at the Senate public hearing to abolish HND/BSC Dichotomy, The Alumni President, Dr. Ayo Adeyemi Represented

The President of the Federal Polytechnic Offa, Kwara State Alumni Association, Dr. Ayo Adeyemi has represented the Polytechnic at the Senate public hearing to abolish HND/BSC dichotomy at the National Assembly, Abuja

This was followed by the invitation sent by the Chairman of the Senate committee on Tertiary Institutions and TETFund,  Senator Ahmad Babba Kaita to the Polytechnic Stakeholders in the country.

The invitation to a three day public hearing and presentation of memoranda on three bills commenced on 22nd of March, 2021 and will end on 24th of March, 2021.

Dr. Adeyemi who represented the Fedpoffa Alumni took part in the  building up and  passage of the Polytechnic Act that has now been enacted by the parliament.

He further encouraged the Alumni members to keep being the great ambassadors of the Polytechnic and work for a better Institution.

The Alumni Association of the Federal Polytechnic Offa under the leadership of Dr. Adeyemi is a member of the Forum of Nigeria Polytechnic Alumni Association ( FONPAA).
